Project Managers

Project Manager’s Role The role of a Project Manager is to supervise the total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.  This includes interfacing with client representatives and/or Architect/Engineer representatives.  They will also provide technical assistance in interpretation of drawings, and recommendation of construction methods and equipment as required.  A Project Manager is responsible for overall quality of the project and acceptance by the owner.

Blake Trnka

Project Manager Blake Trnka has over 20 years in construction experience, 11 of which have come at Commercial Building Services. Blake studied Architecture at Metro State University in Denver, CO and has worked on a variety of projects, ranging from $500,000 to $200 million. He is certified in CPR, fall protection, scaffolding, fork, and boom lifts, including others.

Rob Losh

Project Manager

Rob Losh has over 10 years of management experience and has spent the past 2 years at Commercial Building Services. Rob’s project experience is quite diverse and includes projects ranging from $40,000 to $65 million. He has run several multimillion-dollar operations in his career that include building and supervising commercial buildings, tenant finish projects, Oil & Gas facilities, and severe structural repairs. He is certified in Construction Management as well as Construction First Aid & Safety.

Kyle Ehrenzeller


Kyle Ehrenzeller has over 5 years of experience in the estimating field and has been with CBS since 2021. With projects ranging from $30,000 to $15 million, Kyle’s construction experience includes commercial, industrial, and residential. Kyle is responsible for the preparation of the project estimate based on the contract documents and specifications provided, and works closely with the owner, design team and subcontractors to ensure a quality project.
