Architect

As your Project Architect, Steve More will facilitate the programming function as it relates to identifying your criteria and operational needs and ensuring that they are incorporated in the design of your facility.  He will coordinate the activities of all design consultants and review the quality of their work prior to submittal for permit.  At Commercial Building Services, Inc., the Project Architect is responsible for the overall quality of the design and will be personally involved in providing the most efficient and economic product meeting the operational and aesthetic expectations of the client.

Mr. More is a graduate of University of Colorado, with 30 years comprehensive practical experience in professional architectural practice and project management, providing quality service to clients relating to all aspects of design and construction.  Mr. More also possesses a solid background in project services such as code analysis, agency liaison, including positive working relationships with the state agencies, as well as significant on-site construction administration experience.  Having been with CBS since 2002, here is a list of projects Steve has worked on includes:

As your Project Architect, David Spratlen is able to speak to your technical specifications, understand the root of your needs, and provide concise recommendations.  He will use this process to facilitate the programming function to identify your criteria and operational needs in your facility.  Through an iterative design process looking at various schemes and options, we will land on a design target.  He will coordinate all activities of all design consultants to review the quality of their work prior to submittal for permit.  At Commercial Building Services, Inc., the Project Architect is responsible for the overall quality of the design and will be personally involved in providing the most efficient and economic product meeting the operational and aesthetic expectations of the client.
